Ground floor ha a large and spacious living room with a cozy fire place and access to the balcony. A kitchen, bath room and tv/study room complete this floor. Below this floor there are the heating and wash room as well as a wine and storage cellar. There is also a large private bed room with luxurious bath room and direct access to the terrace and garden. It is also possible to make a separate studio apartment here.
The top floor has 4 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms (1 en suite)
There is enough space to park 2 cars next to the chalet. The free bus that takes you to the ski lifts, shops, swimming pool and train station stops just 1 minute from the chalet. There is a foreigner authorization and also a secondary residence authorization but you can also use it as your principal residence.
